Tax Organizer 2009

Using our secure client portal, you can access our 2009 Tax Organizer electronically. Fill out the Tax Organizer to give us your financial information for your 2009 tax return. You can also use the Secure File Exchange to securely upload your supporting financial documents and files (such as W-2s). You can do all this in place of filling out our paper tax organizer. If you have questions about the tax organizer or file exchange, contact us at 408.732.9205.

Save your progress as you go

You do not need to finish the tax organizer in one sitting. Feel free to fill it out in stages and come back again later to finish. Just be sure to click the "Next Page" button at the bottom of the page you're working on to save your information for next time. Then click "Log Out" in the upper right corner, followed by "Sign Out" to fully sign out of the portal.

Submit your organizer when you're done

We will not consider your organizer finished until you click the "Submit Response" button on the very last page. Remember, any information that does not apply to you simply leave blank.

Be sure to sign out fully

When you finish your online session, be sure to log out of both the tax organizer and client portal. Use the "Log Out" button in the upper right corner blue navigation bar. THEN on the following screen, click the "Sign Out" button in the blue nav bar to fully sign out of the client portal.

Click here to enter the secure client portal and complete your 2009 Tax Organizer.
